Our brand new facility, the CFS North Island Records Centre, was designed and built with exacting standards. Fashioned with advanced building materials, using the latest construction techniques — the centre has met or exceeded regional and provincial guidelines.

Documents in storage are carefully maintained using quality environmental controls. In the event of an emergency, contents are protected by a zoned fire suppression system — limiting damage only to those zones under threat.

The centre is highly secured inside a fenced compound that is monitored by twenty-four (24) hour video surveillance, intruder technology and on-site security patrols.

Manage Your Assets Over the Internet

With little more than a popular web browser and access to the Internet, you can manage your records on-line in real-time from onsite or offsite locations using the CFS Records Centre “RCWeb” software - a secure internet-based access that allows you to not only browse through your inventory but also place orders for pick-up, retrievals, etc..

Review Your Records On-site

Our CFS Records Centre has an on-site viewing room that can be used to view your records without having to bring them back to your office. For those occassions when you have external parties needing to view your records let us provide the space. Our records management specialists will ensure all records required, and only those records, are easily and quickly made available.
